Kent Wing Field Day

The Annual Kent Wing Field Day...

...Took place at DFTDC Manston on Sunday 12 September under a beautiful Kentish sky. The good weather must have rubbed off on the cadets as it was a hugely successful day for the Sqn, competing against the strongest units from across Kent in a number of areas.

We are extremely pleased to have won the Band Percussion Competition and being runners-up in both the Drill and Archery Competitions. Sqn teams were also highly placed in other events during the day.

It was great to see the morale and teamwork of the cadets in action and for their hard work to be rewarded in this way.

Thanks go to the Adult Volunteers and Civilian Committee, without whom none of this would happen.
